Willows & Wood Publishing operates a limited Advance Review Copy (ARC) programme to support the publication and visibility of forthcoming titles.

The ARC programme is intended for:

• professional reviewers
• librarians
• booksellers
• media and content creators with an established reviewing platform

ARC copies are provided at the Publisher’s discretion and are subject to availability and eligibility criteria.

Where an ARC is supplied, participants are expected to post an honest review within the agreed review window for that title. Reviews are not required to be positive.

Where reviews are received within the agreed timeframe, ARC access may continue for future appropriate titles within the participant’s selected genre(s), subject to availability.

Failure to post a review within the agreed timeframe without prior communication may result in removal from the ARC programme.

Participation in the ARC programme does not guarantee access to future titles and may be reviewed or withdrawn at any time.

Willows & Wood Publishing works with freelance professionals on a project-by-project basis as required.

From time to time, we may seek expressions of interest from freelancers working in areas such as:

• editorial services
• proofreading
• design and production support
• marketing or publicity support

All freelance roles are paid, non-exclusive, and offered subject to project requirements and availability.

Information about forthcoming titles and publication announcements will be shared on the website as projects are confirmed.
